Let’s Schedule Your Online Znrgy Session!

Welcome to your starting point of wellness! Only you can change your well-being, if you know where to start. A Znrgy Balance online biofeedback session gives you the information where your body is imbalanced. To prepare for the session, please do not eat at least an hour prior to the start time. Make sure 100% attention is given during the session. You can keep a glass of water nearby and sip if needed. Having small children to attend to or something cooking on the stove are distractions that could lead to an improper session. So it is recommended to be in a quiet room by yourself. Its also important to not have any other appointments you have to quickly leave for. Watching the clock can raise your energy if you feel you might be late for an appointment. Be calm and positive.

Most clients sit quietly and follow along with the session, but feel free to ask questions as we go along. I like to keep a steady pace so as not to disrupt your energy flow. Stopping at points for discussion can disrupt the energy flow and may take more time to get back on track.

This is an exciting way to see what your body has been trying to tell you! Once we finish we will take some time to go over what the chart means and where the important imbalances are, so you can start making the necessary changes!
